1. Services and Estimates

Estimates provided through our website or other communication channels are approximate and based on the information provided by the client. Actual costs may vary depending on the scope of work and conditions of the property. Any adjustments will be communicated before the service begins.
1.2 Scope Adjustments:
If the actual work exceeds the estimate provided, we may:

Adjust the scope of services to align with the amount paid.
1.3 Client Responsibility:
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information to ensure the best possible estimate.
2. Scheduling and Rescheduling
2.1 Service Scheduling:
Clients can schedule cleaning services through our website. While we strive to meet all scheduled appointments, service schedules are not guaranteed and may need to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances.
2.2 Rescheduling:
If we need to reschedule a service, we will notify you promptly and work with you to find a suitable alternative.
2.3 Refunds for Rescheduling:
If rescheduling is not acceptable to the client, a full refund of the payment for the service will be issued.
2.4 Client Rescheduling or Canceling:
If a client needs to reschedule or cancel a previously scheduled appointment, they can do so one of two ways:

Create an account on our website using the same email address used to schedule the service. Then navigate to the "My Bookings" page which has options to reschedule or cancel a booking.

3. Payments and Refunds
3.1 Payment Terms:
Payments for cleaning services must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.2 Refund Policy:
Refunds will be provided in the following cases:

If a service is rescheduled and the client finds the alternative unacceptable.

If a service cannot be performed due to issues on our end.

If a client cancels 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
3.3 No Refunds for Client Cancellations (within 24 hours of service):
Refunds are not provided for cancellations initiated by the client within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
3.4 Refund Timing:
Home Glow Cleaning needs up to three business days to process any refunds. Your financial institution may need additional time for the refund to be processed in your account.
4. Liability Limitations
4.1 Maximum Liability:
Our liability to clients is limited to the total amount paid for the cleaning service.
4.2 Insurance Claims:
In the unlikely event of property damage caused by our staff, we are fully bonded and insured. Any claims related to property damage will be addressed through our insurance provider.
4.3 No Additional Liability:
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the website.
5. Use of Website
5.1 Accuracy of Information:
While we strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all details.
5.2 User Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and ensuring accurate information when booking or providing inputs for estimates.
6. Treatment of Company Personnel
At Home Glow Cleaning, we are committed to providing a respectful, professional, inclusive, and safe environment for both our clients and our staff. By using our services, you agree to treat all of our employees, contractors, and representatives with courtesy and respect at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from:

Any form of verbal, physical, or written abuse, harassment, or discriminatory behavior.

Threats or intimidating language or actions.

Inappropriate or offensive comments or gestures.
Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the suspension or termination of services, at the company's sole discretion, without any obligation for a refund or reimbursement of fees. We reserve the right to take additional legal action in cases of serious misconduct.
7. Miscellaneous
15.1 Changes to Terms and Services:
We reserve the right to modify these terms or the scope of our services at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of these changes.

If no such modification is possible, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and discussions between the parties.
